Ringway Jacobs Respect App

This web application was built to record incidents affecting works on the highways, which then saves the reports to a SQL database. Previously workers had to complete a paper form when they returned to their depot. Information was gathered from these but reporting on it was difficult and searching for a specific report is difficult.

A mobile first form was created which uses the device's location to pinpoint exactly where the incident took place allowing Ringway to view a heatmap of all incidents within the app. The app also provides reports and graphs for incidents to allow Ringway to easily spot trends in the data.
