We have done several Projects for Essex Highways, a part of Essex County Council. This particular web based application integrates closely with map layers to allow members of the public to report problems associated with the maintenance of carriageways, verges street lighting etc.
A visitor is taken through a very intuitive and easy to follow user experience which guides them to report an issue such as a pothole. They can leave a great deal of detail about the issue including its exact location which is pinpointed on a map.
We support and manage the ongoing development and hosting infrastructure that supports the website. Three different virtual servers are required to provide this solution.
We also provide similar solution for the Isle of White, Buckinghamshire County Council and Bedfordshire County Council.
