Webnetism were tasked with building an internal portal for the Island Roads team to submit new issues on the highways into their internal system and check on existing issues on behalf of the public.
A questions and answers scripting database and framework will be created in order to capture the relevant information from the customer and select the correct outcome based on this. All answers/responses given by the user will be audited.
