Role in Webnetism

As the Infrastructure and Projects manager for Webnetism/ Continental I am responsible for the day to day running of all the networks internal servers and customer servers. I also take the lead when we have new Hardware projects that need to be implemented.

Specialty and Experience

I have been in the IT trade for over 20yrs now, Starting as a junior IT assistant, I have worked my way up the ladder, My naturally inquisitive nature has helped and guided me along this path, I now have a large understanding of Linux, Windows and Mac systems, Networking equipment and all the rest. A great skill of mine is the ability to explain complex IT terminology in a way that Layman can understand.

What I like to get up to in my spare time

Being South African, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends, be that on the golf course, at the beach or at the Pub. I have also recently started getting back into gaming which does take up quite a bit of time.
